The way I was ACHING for her to at least lend her vocals to an EDM track back in that era (~2012/13). Like a feature or a droplet, anything, since the last song we heard from her at that point was Any Other Day so the transition would be seamless and I knew her soprano ass would sound so angelic over some of those (now dated) heavy thumping beats.

the Little Lies cover wouldve gone harder if they went for the more pop production. funny how a tiny snippet of that version was used in the promo but not at all in the actual song LOL.

also do yall think she'll be doing TV show/radio appearances when she's in UK for the first show? might be a long stretch but I would LOVE to see her perform on Graham Norton!

I doubt it but I'd love to see it! Graham would be huuuuge for her there. I remember back in the AAY promo days I think she went on Alan Carr's show?

Also...what are the chances she'll attend the Grammys on 2/1? It's the Sunday after the last show in LA, and would just be amazing to see her in that kind of space again

I would love for her to tour Canada again, even if it's just the main cities and I know people in South America want her to perform there, but also the last time she did a concert in Europe was back in 2005 or 2006 so I feel regardless of how big the tour is somebody will still feel left out, but I can't wait to see what her "arena" tour looks like

wait she was on Alan Carr? like physically there? i must have missed that because i dont remember seeing this clip. and yes pleaseee an appearance at the Grammys will be super buzz worthy. by then she will have stuff to talk about ie the shows & the new album which at that point is just a sleep away!

sigh yeah unfortunately, realistically, there will be fans who are left out. but this is your first tour in 18 years Hils, come on come stop by each continent at least for one show. also, noticed how now that she has 4 kids, she somehow doesnt bring up about touring being hard while also being a mom. she really was done with BIBO back then LOL.

She better! Her first leg of the mini tour is done by then. It's the perfect spot for her to slay with a LOOK.

so they are probably the only ones who are allowed to repress her Hollywood stuff

Okay now I can't find that interview anywhere ... It was definitely during the 2014 promo run and she was reading/answering questions from cards. One of them brought up Luca and she started crying and I swear Alan Carr was there. It was just her and him. But, I guess I can be misremembering?

She probably saving everything for album release week we're still pretty far away

I assume the tour will get a lot of press coverage on the first night hopefully she does an interview backstage

I mean it would be pretty sweet to see him supporting her by being there for her first show in so many years, but I recall her talking about not uprooting her kids or interfering with their schools and extra curricular activities when asked about making new music and touring years ago in an interview for Younger, I think.

I was just thinking about it, she must be very busy not only getting ready for the shows, but also trying to spend as much time as she can with her family as she'd be even busier within the next few weeks.

Watch her post something online talking about how busy she's been lately and saying it slipped off of her mind because she briefly mentioned the topic on Jake's podcast all by herself.
