If something works, I don't know why change it, but... whatever.

Part of the reason why I love Dua so much is because she gives us so much variety.  I don't really listen to any of the other artists you named primarily because their catalog sounds repetitive and derivative. 

Anyway, I'm not trying to be pessimistic - I'm anxiously awaiting the release next week and I'm very hopeful it'll meet any and all expectations we have for her!

We all know Dua will always make synthpop, like that’s never gonna change

 

However we went from indie synthpop and troppop to discopop which was a ‘departure’ in Dua’s landscape, and we’re hoping for the same thing now

 

Anyway she’s already said the new album won’t be disco so we’re getting it

Saying only 3 songs on FN are disco inspired is really silly as there can be traces of disco found in almost every song, just in some more than others

Why won't yall move to the single thread  I remember coming back years after DSN came out to the single thread to read how all the excitement and hype went on, just to get nostalgia. All juice from this era so far has been in the base

Well Danny made Caroline’s amazing discography so it doesn’t really matter, Dua is already working with her producer
