Was looking at Don't Go Yet's stats today, and it's at around 415 million streams on Spotify and earns around 300,000 streams daily.

 

For comparison, Taylor's Cardigan (a number one hit that was also number one on TTH) had around 400 million streams at the same point in its run and was also getting around 300,000 streams daily at that point. Both songs' videos also had the same amount of video views at the same points too, at around 105 million each (not taking into account DGY's second video). 

 

Cardigan went viral on TikTok in late 2022 and now has over 650 million streams and earns around 1.2 million streams daily. If DGY were to follow a similar path (not even get to 1.2 million streams, maybe Shameless' 500,000), it would also have over 600 million streams by the same point that Cardigan is at now. For a supposed flop, it did really well and I'm hopeful that in due time the wider public will also recognise it for the pop perfection it is and properly appreciate it the way it deserves to be appreciated.

I think people are reading too much into her changing her profile pic and removing the "Familia out now" from her bio. The era came and went and it's been a whole year, she's probably just refreshing her socials cause it got a little too boring and robotic. She's never been one to tease releases with stuff like this tbh.

Familia surprised me because it’s a good album. It’s the first album I have ever heard from Camila and I look forward to listening to the follow up.

Bam Bam is now her 4th most streamed song of all time on Spotify (687M). It did 804K streams yesterday. So should reach 700M in approx 3 weeks. Then we've just got NBTS (769M) to overtake for it to be her 3rd most streamed.

 

Shameless also did 561K yesterday. Still going strong. I'm hoping Friday's update might be the first 600K one.
