The album is definitely bloated.

I really hop she is  not holding off on this until Act 3. Cowboy Carter era is more successful than Renaissance so why not just tease the visuals and then release the project.

films have three acts. she hasn't put the film out because it is going to take all 3 acts into consideration when telling its story.
