once those sold out, the standard edition vinyls (collectors edition) were available for preorder on her website and also on Amazon, Target, Walmart etc… This happened before the album release.

On release day, CDs with the official cover were available in stores. 

At this point it doesn't look like retailers will have the album available on time. And yes it doesn't make sense to put the standard on sale when the limited edition is still widely available. This is what she gets for dropping Texas and abandoning the era for weeks. Time is not on our side. This is the point Complain Hive was making

4 is an amazing album! While not as grand in concept and scope as her later work, I think it's just as rich and detailed musically. Not to mention vocally. 
 

The re-arranged version that is, the initial one is a clunky mess and Dance For You really elevated the record.

 

I love B'Day too, it's like a campier, 'more fun' sibling to 4. However I find the latter more sophisticated and mature, which I slightly prefer now that I've gotten older.

anyway I think if it were named that, the brilliance would be in exactly how similar the titles are...like two sides of the same coin. BEYONCÉ was a declaration of who she was as an artist in 2013 and for the years to come. BEYINCÉ re-states her heritage and how it affects who she is as an artist.

I see what you're saying and I think you make a compelling point for why an album titled 'BEYINCÉ' could work, but from a branding/marketing perspective it still makes no sense. There is a case to be made for its artistic merit but a lot of that complexity will be lost on the GP (and even most members of the Hive).
