We had 4 last year. Last Night by Morgan Wallen (16 week #1 ), Try That In A Small Town by Jason Aldean (MAGA racist anthem #1), Rich Men North of Richmond by Oliver Anthony (MAGA racist anthem #2), and most recently I Remember Everything by Zach Bryan & Kacey Musgraves.

Whew I really don’t pay any attention to that genre I had no idea the country artists were even achieving h100 #1s like that 💀
 

legit thought that was something exclusive to Shania Twain’s hey day but it does prove the interest and strength of country music in the US right now.  Bey landing a country song h100 #1 would be just as notable as that Morgan 16 week record, IMO.

Y'all, who wouldve expected that hold on Spotify?  I'm hoping it is stable tomorrow, too, or even increases. 

 

They need to increase TTH

If there was anytime to release a visual it would be now for Texas.

We need this, a sound on TikTok, dare I say a “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” EP this soon (to secure a #1 debut) or should we wait Week 2 or 3? 
 

Also, not me disregarding work to engage in this Texas mess

Yes, honestly, Texas is her first song to really hit me on first listen, usually I'm like lol

I think y'all are getting a littttttle ahead of yourselves assuming a visual is coming anytime soon. I'm viewing it as the Break My Soul cliquebait or the Renaissance release video with her in the cowboy hat.

Nothing wrong with a number one debut and weeks in top 5 imo. And possibly go back to #1. 
 

 

I’m so CONFUSED. I thought BMS did numbers its first week. Seeing how this is doing so much better is leaving me confused. With Beyoncé every drop always alienates a fan base and brings in new fans. Idk if there’s actually that many new fans or if not too many people left the train station this go around. I expected this to flop since her old school r&b fans wouldn’t like this at all 

I think this is getting geepee treatment. This isn’t from the hive
