Revival was released at the end of the tracking year. It was #18 in 2016. Rare hasn’t been charting for a while so #101 will be its peak and it’ll take a lot more than eight months to go platinum

Doesn't Billboard only count post-album release numbers ? It's probably already Platinum eligible for the RIAA.

No, this includes pre-album SPS. It was at 436k Billboard units when if left the chart
