Yes she is now. The pictures are from the 2015 all-time charts.

 

When they updated in All-Time Hot 100 in 2018, she moved from #12 to #10.

oh was just gonna ask that. So I guess Taylor is above Mariah on the BB200. 

 

Also these lists are wack, either way, seeing how streaming has given these new playlisting artists leverage on the charts. Post Malone will soon be in the top 10 for both charts  

 

 

So Mariah will be the all-time top female artist in the US based on overall chart performance (singles and albums combined)

I think Mariah was #3 of #4 on the BB200, but way ahead of her on the BBH100. That's definitely what gave her the edge over Madonna and Taylor
