Nobody knew about it on debut week except for her fans so I think it's pretty good given the lack of promo it received. Wasn't ME played every hour on all the iheart radios?

it wasn't tragic or anything sis, I am just saying that comparing 77k from 2016 to now is really bad and out of touch :rip:

I do think Britney can still do like 50-60-70k tho, her first weeks are big, but 100k? Not happening even with a performance.

This isn't an area where anybody can really drag her. Sales are pretty much dead anyways. Even Adele will be lucky to sell 250-300k for her lead after doing over a million last time.

LMAO at you thinking Rihanna can’t do 100K in a week in 2019 when she did more than that in a day in 2016, just a few years ago. Y’all always underestimate her and she always proves y’all wrong. She’s the biggest selling digital artist of all time, for ****’s sake.

And that’s without trying to move mountains and tanks to force a floundering single down people’s throats. Has Rih ever even released a video on the 1st week? :lmao:

The random Britney mentions...

Y’all should remember Britney comes off strong first week but then falls short so 100k isn’t off the bat for Britney.

Also the NERVE that people try to throw shade on Rihanna. Just ****ing wait y’all really love underestimating the bitch

It's gonna do way more. @hellocory told me it's gonna outsell TUN and 7R first week combined and he never lies so yeah, I'm not too worried

2016 and 2019 are way different. there's no way a rihanna single would do 100k+ first week in 2019.

how do you know? Shes still huge with the GP

No one is buying music anymore and the song is free on streaming. Adele's lead probably won't do as big as Hello in 2019 either with sales.

and how is that bad exactly? :dies:

Sis, sis...

Her label did not invest in every iTunes, spotify, YouTube, radio payola (including several vinyls releases, Twitter campaigns) for it to debut at #2.

rih is not selling 100k in 2019. no pop girls is.

OT: This is still pretty bad for her

CTTR did 104k  2 years ago.

:sistrens:

It would’ve done 45k if it wasn’t for the Grammy exposure. Sit your ass down. :siptea:

The delusion :rip:

CTTR had the biggest Spotify payola of all time, televised performance that was watched by 26M people, was released in a better sales climate and yet it sold 30k less than a song released in 2019 that you label as a flop. :rip: Choose your battles. :dies:

ME is spammed way more than CTTR on YT and Spotify. Also has huge radio deal.

Everyone expected more than Taylor.
