Linger was the Cranberries only crossover hit. The rest of their songs were only sent to Alternative (and maybe Active Rock, though they fit in far better at Alternative than Active Rock).

I'm shocked "Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?" isn't above that best-of 

It's a ****ing masterpiece, it should be #1.

It's funny how in english-speaking countries, "Linger" is easily in the lead and I think it's mainly because of it's flawless lyrics.

While in non-english speaking countries, "Linger" is lowkey a flop and "Zombie" is the smash because of it's massive rock production and I-CO-NIC hook that would later give birth to another smash: Umbrella.

I think Zombie could chart on the Hot 100 for the first time. It couldn't chart on 1994 because it was a Radio Only single.

 

It had a big boost on youtube too (but most of the views are probably global though)

That was a HUGE hit in Latin America, so, yes, those views are pretty global.

I know Break Your Heart number one back in 2010 and I also believe that Baby went number one earlier that year. There is a chance that Dirt Road Anthem may have touched number one in 2011, but I am doubtful on that one.
