Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think The Champion has been sent to radio (yet?). The only spins the song has gotten so far are "curiosity spins".

 

And in case some of you didn't know, this is only a side project for Carrie while she is recording new music for her upcoming album. It's not her lead single, so I'm glad it's doing well without heavy promo.

They should at least try. Neither Carrie or Ludacris are current big stars anymore, it would help them out.
