And actual sales are so dead, I can't even imagine how 'top pre-orders' are doing. You'd probably need to only have like 10K pre-orders to be #1 in pre-orders if there was an actual chart measuring them.

Yeah, but she has a much more devoted fanbase. I’m sure JT will do great in album sales, but his #1 spot on the preorders isn’t impressive (without knowing the details)

Yes it is. It says sort by all time best selling.

It’s probably not 300k but still a good amount. JT’s fans aren’t teens or people who are always up late to rush and make a single top itunes. They’re usually older or at least 1996 and before. So they’re a silent majority, hence why everyone here and other places hate him but he still manages to succeed.

He’s not a streamer neither are most people from his gen. P!nk wasn’t stream loaded. She had a tour bundle but still would’ve done around 130k pure or so. Not saying he would top 350k but wouldn’t be disastrous for this era. 

 

Not to mention 2 of 2 debuted with 350k while take back the night and TKO both did MUCH worse than filthy. None peaked Top 30 lol...... @iHype.
