no sound is guaranteed hit or flop. and it is safer to use new sound than use formula that worked in past in 2017. When you have two big celebrities like Bey and Eminem for a comeback song it should at least perform good in 1st week, but the numbers so far are looking underwhelming

EMA's are not big the UK. Xfactor/Britains Got Talent or any regular television talk show performance are more likely to have a lasting effect to be honest.

Could be she's saturated her market/audience already. Would make sense, seeing as these songs wouldn't really be smashing if they were released by anyone else and she's about to have a huge openning for the album.
