The Music Industry is Dying
The way artists are discovered, marketed, and supported changes with every generation. That doesn't necessarily mean the industry is incapable of creating new stars. Charts and streaming numbers are only one part of the picture. Talent, artistry, longevity, and genuine connection with an audience still matter. I think we should be careful about equating "the industry is changing" with "the industry is dying."

The Music Industry is Dying
Genuinely curious, why do some of you on here get so concerned about an industry you're not in?? The constant concern about numbers and charts makes you seem insufferable as if Spotify and TikTok are the be all, end all of success in music. The music industry is not dying, it's evolving - like it always has been. Talent and real connection will always prevail.
