Taylor's versions had as much marketing as any current release and combining both versions is unfair to the competition. The song is not top 10 of the 2000s and it is not top ten of the 2020s.

Of course it will not be in top 10 when TV massively split the streams it was also in top 125 of apple music top streamed songs.
