what BLACKPINK and KATSEYE have in common is that their music is for mature audiences, the type of music that the Western demographic likes (but Koreans kinda hate lol). Had they gone for the usual KPop formula of cutesy/bubblegum/white horse/whatever, they would've never made it. (see VCHA or even Girls Generation's US attempt) JYP has rebranded VCHA into GIRLSET though and if they succeed, that leaves SM as the only one who failed.

Any traditional/digital artist who has ethics and good morals would know that it's very disrespectful for anyone to use genAI for their art. Especially if said user is a celebrity or a studio. Also, i'm neither a KatyKat nor OKH but any popgirl who uses AI deserves a lashing - no exceptions.
