10 years ago today, Britney Spears released her 8th studio album 'Britney Jean' in the United States. It sold over 1.6 million units worldwide (source: Chartmasters) and is certified Gold by RIAA. It sold 107K copies in its first week in the USA. At the time it was the fastest female album to go #1 on iTunes US, doing so in just 19 minutes. (Source) How do you look back on this controversial era? Are there any songs you still use from the album other than the classic 'Work B**ch'? What are your favorites?

Her 7th studio album Platinum in the US. It's quite difficult to get, not everybody has that.

I love this song. It's crazy that it's an original. Sounds like a classic from the 50s or something.

Nice list! Although I would love to see their Spotify streams too. I'm sure all the Platinum albums from this decade are well above 1 billion streams.
