I think it's great she supported The Trevor Project and personally I don't believe she's right-wing, but if she was so proud of that activism, why not speak on it more clearly? Why only vaguely gesture at your previous activism instead of shouting it from the rooftops? Why collab with a known racist and MAGA darling like Morgan Wallen? It just sends mixed signals and her refusing to make a clear statement doesn't help with that I'm afraid. To me it comes across like she's privately a normie center-left liberal but has no issue associating with (MAGA) conservatives and she doesn't want to alienate fans who hold those beliefs. And like, get that bag I guess, but it does raise suspicion of whether she's actually committed to liberal/left-wing values or just posturing to please both sides of the aisle. I think she'd need to make a stronger statement than this if she wanted to be seen as a genuine, staunch progressive. But the question is, how much does she really want that?
