  1. Do yall think the one that got away can go #1? Like girl release some vinyls do a radio push or something, cause billboard f her over back then.
  2. Coming at this with a bit more of history. Tipping is necessary because there are states in the USA that provide a tipping wage. What is a tipping wage? For example, in certain areas, it is lower than minimum wage. Florida employers must pay tipped employees at least $10.98 an hour. If the employee doesn't receive enough tips, up to $15, then the employer needs to pay the difference, aka an extra $3.02 an hour. Tipping really was made to pass on the costs to consumers. Now, you have to ask yourself is $15 an hour enough to live? No. But do we the consumer have to pay for it? No. Pay your employees accordingly and just raise your prices if we truly believe in a capitalistic society. Those at the top try to only use capitalism to their gain. So to answer this question, in states that I know that have tipping wages like Florida, yes I will tip at least 15% at sit down. Tipping culture is starting to turn the tide because people are starting to get sick of it everywhere they go. Since it's so easy to flip a ipad around. In states like California, I live in California, that doesn't have tipped wages. It's super expensive here, and honestly businesses are extremely greedy. There's surcharges everywhere, card fee, sustainability fee (i love the environment but like just increase ur prices?), health fee. There's all these fees that they tack on to "pay for employees" well if i'm paying for all these fees to support employees, why am I tipping now? You worked as hard as someone who worked in Mcdonald's, etc. At busy, mid tier to high end restaurants, servers make over 6 figures. Tipping also has created in America a false sense of service and hospitality. It makes it more transactional. A server may be smiling cause she's making sure her bag is secured. In europe, they aren't being tipped, but every where I went, I felt more genuine kindness, they're just doing their jobs. There's also the argument in America that a lot of people like to give tip because it's a savior complex, they like to feel like "oh i did this for you, i helped you" All in all, we should abolish tipping, make businesses pay their employees accordingly, and let the free market decide who survives when everyone has to raise their prices if we truly believe in a capitalist society.

  5. i think she needs to make a statement about this whole homewrecking situation, the rumors are getting worse and my friends are eating it up. she needs to go up there and say something like how she did with donutgate, she looked so NOT apologetic but it worked tho ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป.
  6. if i cycled properly and just did a 12 week cycle, could I realistically gain 20 lbs of muscle and keep it on and never have to run a cycle again? i just want to look aesthetic, iโ€™m not trying to be yolked gym bro either.
  7. thatโ€™s what i think but no one is out spoken about it and i just have body image issues now cause why am i not hot and buff after working out for years like if i could progressively lift more weight every week i would, and i make the effort to. but hearing them gym goers say โ€œur not pushing urself hard enoughโ€ LOL i go to failure mostly every set
  8. This topic is complicated because as a country we focus so much on WHO is president and forget about participating in local elections??? Presidents can only do so much - like remember legislation is in the hands of Congress - House of Reps & Senate, so yes Biden had ambitious plans and promised a lot on campaign but like there is gridlock in Washington and everyone is so partisan nowadays that like no one wants to compromise (this is a whole other problem and conversation) I believe Biden tried his best but he can only play with hand he was dealt with. I don't agree with him completely but it is just how politics is. Like we are here because we don't have better choices, and like where do better choices rise from local elections -> state houses -> governorships -> cabinet -> president, like it starts somewhere - we need to focus on the policies and things happening around us, which sets the trend for the rest of the nation. It is not a top down approach like in the corporate world, but it starts from the ground up. If we want a better president, we need to focus on localized politicians and elevating them to higher levels so we have better choices in the future. Voting third party isn't going to do anything than just you telling your self you "made a stance" without doing anything else. For the time being, we need to choose the lesser of two evils or the election will swing towards Trump. The whole middle east crisis is a ####show but like are we actually believing that Trump will care about Palestinians more than Biden? BFFR Trump is not dangerous for his policies (some), but for his RHETORIC - let's remind of all the hate that risen when he was in office. Uneducated midwest goers love to just copy and jump on the bandwagon. PLUS, we have a few old CONSERVATIVE justices and I am very sure that they will retire under Trump so he can make the court more conservative to come, and what's going to happen? Kiss our gay ass dick loving rights goodbye cause there's no way they won't target us and other marginalized groups and will say its in the name of god. Like I understand it all sucks and we are unhappy but like let's think about the big picture here, there is so many facets that goes into this.
  9. why didnโ€™t she perform this during the week? lol couldnโ€™t she have gone a talk show or smt rather release a bazillion copies i love yes and tho so i hope she debuts #1 i love a sassy hoe
  10. Who here is actually running a cycle of Sarms or roids? Like thereโ€™s so many buff gays and I canโ€™t think of them actually being naturalโ€ฆeven just the average buff looking ones Ive been working out since I was 18 and Iโ€™m 26 now and I donโ€™t look aesthetic at all lol like guys like my chest but like iโ€™m not ur IG model/instagay lol
  11. Like โ€œCall On Meโ€ is such a nostalgia throwback that i think is trying to be โ€œtrendyโ€ again lol
  12. I literally logged back into my old ATRL account to reply haha cause i just lurk but like because of your thread i just listened to a few songs and i forgot that i liked her as a kid whenever she came on the adult contemporary radio stations cause that would be what my mom would listen to when driving around. let me go give her more streams and rediscover her discography as adult cause iโ€™m honestly tired of listening to just Taylor ๐Ÿ’€ my goal this year is to give my flowers to other artists cause i wanna expand my taste than pop and edm hits lol
