I think publicly embarrassing/shaming deadbeats no matter how "cringe" the methods may appear is a good thing actually! And seeing the screenshot of her at 14 trying to contact him is genuinely sad. If you've had both parents present and loving in your life take a moment to cherish it, because I would never wish deadbeats, especially the "phone works both ways" deadbeats, on anyone.

The American government intentions are entirely centered on consolidating more power and wealth. Improving the lives of Venezuelans is not the goal. This is not liberation, this is a means to make a profit and to continue to grasp whatever is left of its crumbling empire. Hoping for the best for Venezuela, but considering the track record, I expect worse to come.

I don't particularly care for idol groups these days so most of this debate does nothing for me lmao. However, I personally don't see how Kpop Demon Hunters benefits Kpop in any way considering most of the success is going to an American based company, no? But then again that's nothing new for K-pop artists (more so idols) to get the monetary short end of the stick. As someone who used to actively follow the K-pop scene, there hasn't really been any K-pop act that has caught my attention this year (Style by H2H was cute tho). In terms of Jpop, the Kenshi Yonezu and Utada Hikaru collab, Jane Doe, is pretty much one of my most played songs this year.

I don't necessarily get the costume change criticism. She didn't do any costume changes for her last tour or even her festival runs during the Planet Her era. She's only done that for Coachella from what I've seen. People set themselves up for disappointment in that regard, why expect something different?

On the topic of authenticity... One thing I can't quite understand is people calling her inauthentic for going back to pop music. While I understand how it looks hypocritical given her past comments, especially if you're not in the know of who makes what. A decent amount of her biggest hits were produced by Dr. Luke (if we are to believe the things he is credited on is true) and after her twitter meltdown over "mediocre pop music" she hasn't worked with him since. If she went back to doing music with him, THEN that would be purely inauthentic from my point of view. I can't help but miss Yeti Beats though, I do hope they work together again, they make a good duo.

The idea that he went through all the trouble of sanding a part of the collar down and covering it with electrical tape just to cover up shocking his dog seems a bit silly when you remember he's literally a millionaire. Like, if he's going to go through that much trouble to cover it up, wouldn't it just be smarter and easier for him to go to Petsmart or something and get a vibration collar that looks similar.
