P!nk has been revealing herself to be such a loser with her posts about this stuff in the last few years. How disappointing for someone who seemed to be progressive and stand up for things at odds with what she's currently standing for. Good on Macklemore for using his platform for good, and good on Ed for allowing him that platform

Very true, Dolly and Stevie are more direct idols of hers and maybe she would have been more excited to greet them amidst all of that, but who knows. She had met Celine several times over the years before that moment and obviously knows she's an icon. It would have been a quick interaction regardless of who it was, but either way, she's human and got swept up a bit in the heat of the big moment of winning a record breaking album of the year Grammy. We don't always play situations out the way we would like to in real time. Thankfully gave her the proper greeting she deserved backstage, but yeah, I don't think it's as deep as some people want to make it.

I like Kill for Love but the deluxe version of Mayhem drags it down imo, mainly because of The Dead Dance.

Yes, I'm so sure that Taylor despises Celine and made an intentional effort to not acknowledge her, knowing exactly how it would look, only to change her mind backstage minutes later. She's human, she was swept up in the moment. Mistakes happen, and she made up for it right afterwards backstage. That's all there is to it. People made this into something way more dramatic than it was.

The 7 Years effect tbh. It’s a nice song, but was super overplayed/overused and became a joke to people.

If she did say that and they wanted it edited out, I don't see what's wrong with that If it was in the video, the internet/twitter Swifties would be overanalyzing her reaction, having a field day with it and it would overshadow the rest of the conversation.
