You can go into the song properties and set the stop time to roughly 1:53.564 then press OK.

This just makes Apple Music skip the silence so it has the same transition that you would hear on physical copies + Spotify.

The mixing is better on the bonus edition and the typo on the show must go on is fixed. I wonder why they can't fix it on the tracklist ? Taylor and other artist update mixings and change song titles all the time.

#51 second week is just amazing considering they did little to nothing except riding the online buzz wave. Would've been way higher if only they had produced more of the variants, but no one really expected such hype to happen.
