I get it. It was pretty different for them. The Bowie influence makes it so special to me

My top 3 would probably be Bad Witch, The Fragile, TDS. Their only miss imo is HM, planning on revisiting it soon

Definitely, I got into Blackstar more because of BW

HM didn't click with me for the longest time, but I've recently been loving it, especially In Two and All Time Low

EXACTLY!! i'd say theres a lot of industrial that isn't nearly as accessible, catchy, and fun as that, especially in vocal delivery where it can be quite off putting for some. But I specifically love how Trent does it, and David Bowie's Outside and Earthling.

You might like the group Pixel Grip, they're inspired by NIN and is more darkwave and electro pop in sound, I love them!

SUNDAY SHOWCASE

On some Sundays (if I remember), I'd like too share one or a few NIN/TR+AR songs, if anyone wants something new and quick to discover, and/or talk about these~

Today I'll go with some of my favorite lesser known songs with explosive production:

Into The Void: In my top 3 NIN songs of all time, the way this song builds up is SOOO satisfying and addictive, can't get enough of it, pump it in my veins

Driver Down: An incredible, chaotic, heavy and explosive industrial jazz infused instrumental song, ending in a classic Trent Reznor soft piano moment, created for the Lost Highway soundtrack

In Two: One of my favorites on Hesitation Marks, it's got a lil funky guitar thing going on with a super sharp electronic sound that, once again, explodes in such a cool way. It demands to be played loudly
