Overall, yes. The ONLY things I have noticed is my hair. My hairline has definitely receded and there is balding in the back. It is not awful but it got to the point last year I finally started using minoxdil. I have noticed some improvements. However, I also get my hair cut super short now anyway because I like how it looks short on me.

As far as my skin, I am very serious about skincare and I think it's paid off.
