I was told this album was a frontloaded universally hated underperformance and that it would be tumbling down the charts unless she sold new variants or begged her stans to buy it. Seems I was lied to.

I wonder why we never hear from those who predicted Tay's album to dissapear in a month. It's OK to be wrong sometimes but like, own up to it, tell us WHAT WENT WRONG with your prediction

The cultural phenomenon bit of her is a bit lower but she gets this niche Adele like, Barbara Streisand and Oldies recurrent sales. I need a theory how all this is possible with the last 3 albums. The previous ones were culturally huge and quality was perfection. These ones just confuse me.

Also how are other artists hitting peak cultural phenomenon like Rihanna Miley Cyrus and Beyonce but sales are just not happening. It's something that needs research and a documentary.
