It's week #3 with the new album and it is STABLE.   Will she continue to select more singles to push the era until the Tour Starts?  Check Please needs to be sent to Urban.   Whats Goin on needs to be sent to Pop Radio.    Idk if she's due in Nov-Dec but one more single rn can really push the album even more. Either a push or CB3 could drop next year too (hence her recent tweets).   Check Please remix diss do something!  I'll be at the TOUR.

OT: Maybe she can snatch a Grammy nom or two! It sounds like Cardi is really enjoying being a mother so I imagine she'll take some time to chill with her kiddos and hopefully stay OFF of social media, unlike other female rappers!

Idk, with the hoops and loops they jumped through to make the album have higher stats to the lack of any meaningful hit single... It's strange that was her comeback after a near decade of other failed releases. 

 

I think she should go the Jessica Simpson route and focus on a lifestyle brand, and just be a singles/EP girlie.

First of all, she had to promote this album HARD because she'd taken such a long time and tested so much of the GP's patience by not releasing one. And it paid off. She did 200k and went #1. Nobody was forced to buy the album. 

 

Secondly, a near decade of other failed releases??? Her last #1 smash single was 4 years ago. Not 9 years ago. 

She's dropping that Spanish album and it will be a smash with collabs from Bad Bunny, Shakira etc!
