There's only an ignore feature. You'll just see their username in place of where their posts are, assuming seeing the username isn't too triggering.

    I got two worthless rats on ignore. gAyTRL has been all the better ever since. 

    Oh trust me, if this site actually erased some users from my radar after i blocked them, i'd be the happiest user on here....but it only puts them on "ignore" and you can still see their posts when someone else quotes them and other loopholes.
