Pretty sure there's no such a thing. You can try lettuce or celery, which have like 15 calories per 100 grams (you basically burn those calories by just existing :rip:). Hope that helps. :gaycat:

Eat some vegetables like cucumber, carrots, tomatoes (with some salt and spices :smitten:), etc, or fruit.

 

They are not 0 calories, but please show me a person that is fat because they over-snacked on carrots or apples.

If you eat less calorie dense foods like vegetables or higher protein meals early in the day, you'll stay full longer and be able to eat more.
