Madonna did that tour when she was 50. Fans of other girls can talk about most demanding tour when their faves can perform like Madge when they are 50. 

Ayumi Hamasaki's early tours, she would sometimes even have 2-3 in a single year while having a truly insane promotional schedule where she would be releasing 1-2+ albums, 5+ singles, etc. with full scale promotion. The impact on her health after that truly insane period of activity has followed her for the following decades.
