Same in Germany, she was at #33 in the midweek prediction and ended up at #84 . Still her first album to chart since Rainbow and narrowly behind Warrior at #81.

 

Also her highest-charting album since Rainbow in the UK at least.

 

She deserved much more, but hey, at least the tour is selling well both in the US and in Europe and she'll make so much money that she can spend on future releases as a result.

Yeah, I agree. I love Too Hard (not really into Love Forever) and I'm glad that they bring yet another shade to her already colorful discography, but I don't really want more of this sound either.

I could like them if they weren't so repetitive or took any risks sonically? They are Katy Perry level safe when it comes to production lol. 
 

I prefer too hard too because there's a bit of gag order vibe in there vocally. Love forever truly sounds like a Katy Perry reject to me though

You're totally right and I have nothing against the song itself, I'm just not a fan of this sound in general. I know quite a lot of people are into breezy, chill, "vibe-y" songs, but I'm not.

Nvm I just read up on Crichton and he gave us potato song and RSWM

hmm I really like both, I think an album full of just Joyrides and Boy Crazys would be a bit overwhelming (even though those are my favorites on the album) these type of songs add a bit of variety. Weirdly I think my 5 favorites are actually Joyride, Boy Crazy, Love Forever, Too Hard and Red Flag  but it's nice everybody finds a different perspective on the album.

Oh I agree! As previously stated a few pages back, I think my real beef with LF is its placement in the track order doing it no justice. And it's just sonically out of place in a way other pace changers aren't.
