Because I didn't and you're projecting. Anyway @Ryan it's still 4 years overdue to finally do something about this user that's for their actual pattern of behavior and not a technicality over them abusing forum features.

Because he's been allowed to lie and bully me for YEARS without @Ryan wanting to finally do something about it. The only solution that has ever been offered is for me to ignore his constant personal attacks.

The bullied user here must be Ryan with so many mentions 

For context, Ryan has been in a group DM with me and this user trying to squash these issues before which the perpetually angry troll showed no interest in. This is all really just to fool y'all because it isn't fooling him. Everybody here is annoyed by the constant back and forth except Pluto, who wants it to continue forever.
