Judeline is an singer-songwriter from Cádiz province, Spain. She is known for her indie sound with a latin/andalusian twist. If you want to listen to something new and experimental that plays with southern vibes but in an intimate tone I recommend this album.

A Discord mutual compared to it Rosalía's El Mal Querer (he said they have a similar thing going on) so if you liked that record you might like this as well.

 

Personally I just finished listening and there are 0 skips imo.

One of my favourite albums of 2024, mangata and luna roja are stunning

Absolutely stunning album. I've been waiting for this one to come out since I discovered her almost 2 years ago and somehow it managed to exceed my expectations. One of my 2024 favorites.

i think the album would've benefited from incluiding the past singles or at least just tanger, zahara and canijo

it's a bit too samey except for joropo and zarcillos de plata and the latter doesn't even fit at all imo

it could've been great if it had a couple more uptempo tracks, it's too short and 1/4 of them are interludes lol

she needs to include 2+1 and canijo in her next album

like all said, i love the album, but it has like 2 or 3 songs that you can replay individually, and most of the album are interludes  but big things are coming for her

ironically the interludes are some of my favorites

i wish the closer had been reworked into a proper full song because it has the best melodies on the entire album

 

The CD i ordered finally arrived!

It did say it'd ship after someday of january but ig it took longer for my location.

 

The inside is sooo pretty, there's a pic of her and inside a lyric booklet and the cd itself is silver with two beautiful keys printed on it and the whole thing is iridiscent (ik cds are usually iridiscent but it's often just the back not the front as well)
