The new snippet is totally unexpected, the verses (?) sound really punchy and full of personality, the structure kind of sounds like it'll be similar to AOMD in the sense that the verses will be more punchy/talk-singy and the chorus will be a bit more floaty 

 

She's already managing to carve out an identity and signature sound just from her first two singles

I do remember someone describing Fantasy to me as "Angel of my dreams on crack" and I was skeptical but this new snippet is convincing me a bit more

I also think the snippet playing at the start of the Midnight Cowboy video is from this song too (but don't quote me on that)

Did you like AOMD? If so I think you will enjoy this, it seems very similar in structure, this has a lot of personality in it and is much more "pop" than midnight cowboy 

I'm not sure based on the snippets but I hope and think the full thing will slay me.

The HQ snippet already sounds 10x better than the demo, so excited.

The tarot card thing she's doing seems pretty cool and unique. I'm wondering if that's the video concept.

Damn im super hyped , more than any single we got so far from all the girls 

I really liked the initial snippet we got but I did fear the full thing would run the risk of falling in to "cute but a bit generic disco track" and then I heard the second snippet and was immediately gagged 

 

It's clear what the references and inspirations are but it still retains a certain amount of character and personality that makes the song feel like JADE. I'm excited to hear the full thing. It very much sounds like a brilliant follow up to Angel Of My Dreams.

It can be loopy, it can be kinky, it can be hot and thats ok!
