• Lost is not only my favorite Katy song but one of my favorite pop songs PERIOD. 
• She always goes all out with her visuals and is very creative in that sense (for better or worse)
• Her still being a hottie even with her ptosis makes me feel better about mine because I used to get bullied for one of my eyelids being larger than the other too. 
• She strikes me as an excellent mother and someone who wants to avoid making Daisy (and any other future children if she's lucky enough) to go through the same traumatic childhood she had.
• Her rags to riches story is truly inspiring. To go from being dropped from a label and living in your car in midst of making dozens of demos off your own dime to bagging so many hits a year later is an amazing feat and one that should be admired. 
• While I think that she's displayed morally questionable behavior over the past few years (ex: her cozying up with a rapist and following Ben Shapiro), she still has done a lot of good things with her platform, most notably advocating for LGBT acceptance in the late 2000's when that was still kinda risky and speaking out against racial injustice, even if she knew that doing so would alienate a large portion of her fanbase.
• The Teenage Dream era is one that will always be very nostalgic to me. I remember first hearing California Gurls on the radio when I was 9 as I my mom was driving me to the children's hospital right after we got italian ice and my doctor told me about how much his kids loved Katy and wanted to see her in concert. I also remember buying an iTunes gift card to get The Complete Confection and thinking that Missy Elliot (who I didn't really know until I was older) was a gay boy/drag queen rapping  (I also adore Dressin' Up on that album too, one of her most underrated songs along with Simple and Mind Maze)

She had some of the best bridges in pop throughout the 2010s 

She has a unique vocal tone (in a good way).

She's an amusing, good spirits type of lady. Must be fun to have a pic nic with.

She just congratulated Nicole Scherzinger on her Tony win on insta. Good for her for showing support and love
