ATRLers that take any supplements, what are your go-to brands? I'm on the hunt for some good D & a B complex :gaycat3:

    Try anything that's third party tested. A lot of brands aren't. Pure Encapsulations is a brand I use along with Naturelo. Bluebonnet, Thorne & Solary are three brands I know of that are also third party tested and can be trusted.

    THORNE for Vitamin D hands down. I've done a lot of research into this, as a cell biologist.

     

    Other than that, get your vitamins from whole foods.
