There's 0 credible sources that confirm that. He was probably just teasing the album when playing the song.

I'm just confused about where the Ellie Goulding joint project is at unless he's gonna include all of their tracks as a part of this album

One thing about Miley is once her mind is made up their is no going back so I wouldn't count on that

But they have to sonically make sense too no? So HOW DEEP IS YOUR LOVE should also be included no? But would songs like One Kiss, Over Now and Promises make sense on the same album?

His albums usually include at least 12 tracks and considering how long the wait has been hopefully we get a long album.

Yup, he said he had a good idea for a second Florence Collab, and she said in a live show sometime after that she answered him or took his call or something like that

If he's really starting from 2016 (otherwise the title wouldn't make sense), it would be cool if the album was divided in different sections, based on the different sounds he went over these past 8 years.
