Debuted at #191 on UK Spotify with 84,871 plays. Does anyone know the WW number?

Camera debuted at #22 too, highest charting single this year. The Top 100 still hasn't been released though so can't see if any other songs charted in the lower regions.

Does anyone know how the album did on UK Spotify on Saturday?

I love this album. The grunge guitars are gorgeous; her vocals soar on this kind of soundscape and the 2-step garage beats are brilliant, reminiscent of Burial. Can't wait to see this album live!

It looks like WIB didn't enter any Spotify charts. I'm kinda shocked, but if Capitol aren't going to get behind her then what do they expect!

I love the chorus but the verses aren't really doing it for me. I really like the sonic direction of the album but all the songs feel so undercooked sadly!

I hope SS26 can stay in the Top 30 but the Spotify numbers from yesterday didn't look too good 😩

I like it more than I thought I would but I'm glad it wasn't on the album. Sonically, it feels a bit too removed from the electroclash sleaze sound of WGIA.

Writing credits don't specifically always refer to lyrics, they also refer to composition and structure too so Charli could have contributed that way. Like you say, we weren't there and I'm sure there's a reason why she's credited. It's not like she's precious about having credits on all songs she releases - e.g. she had no credits on Secret - so don't think she'd ask for a credit if she hadn't contributed.

I struggle to believe it too as, like you said, she was at the Wuthering Heights premiere and I swear Charli gave her a shout out recently.

WGIA has charted at #36 in the UK Official Album Charts. Shame she couldn't hold onto the Top 20 (was #17 in the midweeks) but glad it is still Top 40.

I feel quite let down by this album. Honey was such a masterpiece and this feels like Robyn on auto pilot - safe, comfortable but pedestrian. Talk to me is the best song by far imo, the rest are forgettable sadly. I do think they'll sound better live though so have hopes I'll warm to the album

I really hope she catches some mainstream success with this album. Even if she doesn't though, it'll still be a success. I haven't been this excited for an album in ages, and it feels like there's proper hype for it online. I am just so happy seeing her get all this praise at last!

You're right and I do think bandaids was in the right sort of direction but it definitely wasn't strong enough to bring people back. Hope the album is stronger.

If its true, it sounds like the lyrics will already be more introspective and thoughtful than 143 which is a win already. However, I have no hopes of it performing well commercially. If she wants to do better on charts, she needs to work on her streaming numbers and getting a collab with a streaming force should be a priority for her, just look at Gaga! It's worked for her.

I'm just repeating what I was told…not sure which days she was meant to be filming it but that's what they told me they were working on. I'll see if I can get more information though.
