They don't. From personal experience, I've been told that the ones who end up getting circumcised only do so because they fear that if they don't, they are likely to get an STI/STD. When I was in China, the circumcised gays were the ones throwing sex parties. However, there is a large Muslim population within SEA who undergo circumcision for religious reasons.
