Maybe I'm reading the OP wrong, but it seems like a good thing? They're claiming Katy potentially saw a shitty man doing shitty things and she distanced herself. I don't see the Katy shade.

 

Either way, she did the right thing.

Look humor me here, Smile came out in 2020. Everything came to light from 2022-2024. Smile  ft Diddy is also an unreleased demo; it has nothing to do with Diddy's past or recent behavior. She literally said that the album would have no features.
