K-pop singer plagiarizes Troye Sivan

Featured Replies

yep such a copy... but a bad one.. it looks like they had 9 cents to make the song & video

There's not a single thing original, natural or organic about k-pop and I say this as an ex k-pop fan :rip:

That was quiet awful, especially when the original is a bop:rip:

Stream this bop from him tho

Well they build off of the genre as culmination of japanese idol pop scene and afro american music influences

OT: :skull: Not the comment Choi Sivan

There was literally a tweet that quoted "Choi Sivan" :bibliahh:

let's leave the racist microagressions on twitter please, is not funny.

OT.

maybe it's a homage?

The song is kind of better than "Rush" tbh, who cares if it's reductive

Also, this is karma for Troye plagiarizing the topline of Allie X's "Girl of the Year"

AYYYY MAMACITA MAMACITA TELL'EM I WAS SOO BAAAAD

Even the running in the beginning was similar to the Got Me Started video

I'd be here for a collab. It's not really plagiarism so much as super derivative.

Love me some K-pop but this is literally one of the worst things I've ever seen :rip:
