AH and LH are way better than the Ynd and WCBF combo

 

Also Midnights cover was instant iconic , everyone was using it

At first I was indifferent to Ariana's closeup cover but now i see the vision.

Taylor's cover veers too default or sterile for me - it looks like Apple Music made it.

I find them both mid, but Midnights’ singles and album cover are better

eternal sunshin more consistent overrall better, far better singles, and i guess a better cover but only really because i never liked taylors apple font ghost airpod concept not because eternal sunshines is good

ES clears. Midnights was an unusually poor standard of work for Taylor 

One is called “mid”-nights for a reason!!!

Eternal Flops is a convoluted mess overall with only 3 great songs (We Can’t Be Friends, Supernatural & True Story) & 1 ok song (Bye). The rest is just subpar. Should’ve been an EP honestly

Midnights clears for all  

Eternal Sunshine is better than the Midnights standard edition. I prefer the 3 am songs. 
 

ranking the singles: wcbf > anti-hero > lavender haze > yes and > karma. I’d say Midnights for now, but ES has better options for a third single. 
 

the ES cover is straight up bad, so Midnights wins this by default.

Midnights for all. Eternal Sunshine has grown on me and it’s by no means a bad album but I absolutely adore so much of Midnights

ES for all.

Eternal Sunshine is a much better album.

Midnights is one of the most boring albums of that year. Sorry Ariana wins easily it’s giving set up.

comparing the experience i had listening to both albums for the first time i would say eternal sunshine

 

midnights had the better single selection but as a body of work ES truly shines better

This is hard tbh! I love Midnights its my 2nd fav Taylor album after Red. I think I like Midnights more for now because I lived with it longer. But eternal sunshine is honestly a very good album too. eternal sunshine singles are better in my opinion however
