Sorry but if it didn’t happen already it wasn’t meant to be. Not every song needs to peak at #1. The Hot 100 will continue looking cheap with a bunch of quick, one week #1s (regardless of the song’s longevity, which Snooze has in spades) 

she already has 6 versions of snooze, including a Justin Bieber remix and all of them has already been discounted… multiple time

She should be campaigning and performing Snooze, a #1 would be a perfect way to close out the era before the Grammys. 

Yes, she does need to be a stunt queen for this song. It is one of the few singles this year that truly deserve that spot. And it’s also very rare that a slow R&B song performs that well with the GP to even make it to the top 10. We need 10 more mixes. Give us a version with J.Cole, a version with Brent Faiyaz, and a R&B Princess mix with Coco Jones, Summer Walker, Tinashe, and Mariah the Scientist.

Bad Romance, Halo, Dont stop the music etc. all peaked at lower than #1 and they are still classics. Who cares
