She was always marketed as a US act though and was signed to a US label. Her songs weren't hits in the UK.

I actually prefer her 2nd album oops... Her music is like Alicia Keys updated to 2020s but Alicia is flopping hard, it's no surprise that she's flopping too

after Boo'd Up and Trip she should've pushed another smasha off the album that is the 2010s' The Boy Is Mine

 

and for the second album she should've pushed these instead

I saw her live, she’s a great performer actually- I was pleasantly surprised.
