I have wondered this for awhile. I started noticing a gap between her 2 front teeth in 2016, but after 2020 more gaps have appeared. I don't think it's that she stopped using her retainer because the amount of drifting is drastic. To me it looks like she had one of her two front teeth replaced either with a dental implant or a new veneer that was skinnier than what was there before. That would naturally put the teeth at risk of drastic shifting, even with a retainer. 

 

  

 

The main incisor on our right/her left appears to be shorter and skinnier than in her older photos. Early 2000s vs. 2017. It's not meth.

It just looks like she hasn’t been to the dentist in a while. If anyone on here with veneers didn’t know, your veneers will move over time if you constantly aren’t wearing your retainer. She’s actually so normal… 🤷🏼‍♂️

Those teeth pics… I really don’t understand why she doesn’t care about her smile anymore. I mean, it’s entirely her choice, but it’s still pretty weird to see those gaps when she used to have THE most perfect smile in Hollywood.

Her right front tooth looks chipped as well. I wonder if it’s due to her grinding her teeth because of all the medication?

I believe she had crowns or veneers done back in the late 2000s but these type of applications have to be redone every 10 years. Maybe she had to take them out during her hiatus and decided against putting them again (it's also possible her gums became weaker)

She has a strong back and chunky love handles.
