Yeah, Obsessed is absolutely terrible but those songs are such good pop songs (heard the 3 leaked demos) and made me so excited for this release. I never followed Addison or know anything besides the dancing on Jimmy Fallon memes

Glad we now have proof Nothing On (But The Radio) was never originally a Gaga song, and she only sang the demo and only eventually contributed to lyrics to alleged ARTPOP rework. Interested to see if it's been further reworked from what we've heard with the additional confirmed co-writers.

Can't wait for this EP!!!

Yeah, I only found out who she was when Obsessed's tv performance went viral and people dragged her so I never paid her any mind afterwards until a friend sent me 'I Got It Bad'. Couldn't believe how good it was. Then I checked the other leaked tracks out of curiosity last year and it only confirmed to me that they ****** her up by picking Obsessed as the song to launch her. I genuinely believe we would've have an album by now and she would've cultivated a small niche following for herself.  Nothing super huge realistically but maybe a Slayyter-like following at least.

I feel the reactions to Obsessed made her insecure which changed after the response to the leaks? She has definitely potential, there's worse out there. By far.

Honestly people did the most to Addison just bc she was a TikToker. She has a nice tone (not a powerhouse vocalist or whatever but her voice is fine), worked with a good team with nice/catchy productions, is a good dancer... and she's pretty. That should be enough for her to be a good carefree pop star for the gays.

 

Not every pop girl have to become Beyoncés and Gagas... she's good for what she's up to. People should enjoy it for what it is.

 

Also i'm pretty happy with the songs she picked for the EP cause these are my favorites.

She should polish Lucky up and make it a future album track cause that beat's too good to go to waste.
