Yea this is easily clearing G4U day 1 performance. 

apparently, she'll be at Times Square in like an hour for some scavengers hunt thing with fans.. she really have a cute way of promoting her stuff. They're small, but more of an interaction with fans thing. Love her for that.

And this is just starting to blow up on Tiktok. I've seen like more than 10 videos with at least 100k likes already.

Yeah this is incredible, can't believe I'm loving a song by an artist like Olivia Rodrigo.

This really was the perfect comeback single for her to release. 

Parts of the melody feel so familiar, like reminiscent of Creep by Radiohead.

 

(Not saying she ripped it off btw just that it's similar)

There’s major campaigning coming from YouTube. I’m not necessarily impressed with the YT views so far.

This is MUCH better than drivers license, from literally any pov (vocals, melody, songwriting, production etc). Really good song

 

I do think the song is 50% about a relationship and 50% about something else ("you sold me for parts", "bleeding me dry"... - and the video pretty much confirms it with her being hit by the reflector while the audience is watching etc.). Maybe I'm imagining things

There’s a major album bomb happening (Uzi) on AM. It makes sense that it’s taking it a little longer, but it doing so faster than g4u and dl should be clear indication that this is smashing

You got to remember Uzi released and is already flooding the top 10.

g4u and DL shouldn’t be the standard. Both of those songs had no hype leading up to them (especially DL). This song is coming from a SMASH era, comparing them to debuts of pre-smashing songs is nonsense

I do agree with this but WOM on both spread like wildfire.  It didn't take long for everyone to know.  vampire absolutely should be smashing much faster than those with the hype it had.

it’s already going viral on tik tok. wouldn’t be surprised if the 2nd day numbers are better than the 1st. but i think it will debut with +10M.

I don't care for this that much  I dont like the melody for the verses and the lyrics are pretty meh. The vampire metaphor is used in the most obvious ways. The switch up is nice though.
