Ever since i've introduced PreEvos, submissions have come to a halt  

90% of submissions came in the first 5 days, & 10% in the last 4

As someone who's done a few rates, you can literally promo the thread everywhere and @ all the people on ATRL but when the rate starts and the rankings + graphics are set, you'll get people saying "oMG I DiDnt knoW tHErE waS a RAtE?!? i woUlD'Ve suBmITtEd! CaN I subMiT?!? "

Yeah you haven't really even been @ ing the people who have been interested but haven't sent their rates yet. Literally spam them all week/weekend, say JUNE 25 IS THE LAST DAY FOR SURE... but if you need an extra day just let me know and like 5 people will send late
