She's washed man. It's a slight step up from TLOAS but it's still nowhere near her peak. What's going on with these melodies? And the lyrics are the same type of wordy with awkward flow. I have the same issue that I had with TLOAS. It all sounds very much like a first draft

I LOVE this but I don't think it's the right choice for a lead single. It's a great album opener though. This is gonna be his Solar Power lowkey, very divisive.

I do agree with some of the harsher reviews, as I think it's probably her weakest album (or slightly above My Everything at best), but the album falling below TLOAS is just simply a joke, though maybe that's more of a testament to the hypnotic hold Taylor has over some of these reviewers.

On my first listen, there's nothing I actively disliked, but only Stay, Like I Do and Bad Thing stuck with me. I think I need a few more listens. Some of these songs sound like they could have been on the Japanese edition of Dangerous Woman along with Step On Up.

I can't deny that I am utterly floored, gagged and snatched. She outdid my expectations by far. Only one I'm not sure about on my first listen is Eurosummer and maybe also that long ass version of Saturn's Return (even though the original is top 3 on Midnight Sun). Her lower register on Blue Moon is insane.

What the hell is up with her songwriting on this album? It's all so on the nose and even clunky at times. Like she's trying to drive home a specific point or reference but it just doesn't flow.
