When you want to "submit reply" do you move your pointer and click on the button or do you just press ALT + S?

I use Control + Enter which does the same thing. 

 

I cringe really hard when anyone is using a computer and they move the mouse 7 miles to accomplish something that could be done by pressing 2 buttons
