It's better than being delusional thinking 1898 is the best thing since sliced bread.

What are you referencing or responding to?  Or are you making up an argument to just poke holes into? Sounds a bit delusional.

Let me ask you a very fair question, what fillers? Quickly

Are you seriously expecting me to do a list of all of Rihanna's fillers or something? We don't have all day sis :deadbanana2:  It's pretty much an accepted fact that for most of Rihanna's discography, most of her non-singles were completely mediocre compared to her singles in terms of production, beats, lyrics, melody and overall quality. Most of them sound like microwaved, uninspired tunes created solely to have enough songs to fit on an album -  that is when they're not pre-prepared demos meant for other artists, of course.

There's a reason why next to NO ONE uses them. They're just... bad. The disparity between the streams of her singles and her regular tracks pre-anti is simply laughable and far beyond anything from her peers. The fact that an artist of her caliber has dozens of album tracks struggling to even reach 8M-10M streams after years of availability on streaming platforms is concerning and a very clear sign that no one cares about them. Can't really blame the fans though, because who would want to listen to half-baked second thought tracks?

And this is how I know you haven't really listened to her albums. Which is okay, but going off of something that's repeated without even verifying for yourself is just dumb. Rihanna has album tracks that were better than the singles released. And using Spotify/streaming numbers as the gauge when all of her pre-Anti albums were released prior streaming is also just :deadbanana4:

Of course promoted singles are going to be more streamed :rip:

I have.... multiple times. The only album I haven't heard in full is Music Of The Sun sis :deadbanana2:

No one is expecting non-singles to outstream her singles, but the disparity between her non-singles and her singles is simply jaw-dropping compared to literally every other big A-list artists. It's very clear her album tracks aren't used when compared to the singles. It's literally a fact, we HAVE access to the data that demonstrates it, so there's really no reason to deny it.

I mean, what do you want us to us, then? Digital songs sales for those non-singles? Album sales that would demonstrate interest beyond just the singles? It's not like Rihanna smashed in those 2 metrics either. Her force was always singles sales :michael:

Using as an excuse that most of her albums were released prior to the official start of the streaming era isn't that much of an excuse either, since this is mostly about the streaming ratio between singles and non-singles and not about absolute numbers. Not that it stopped the pre-streaming era albums of her peers (Adele, Drake, Taylor, Beyoncé, etc) of having decent streams for the non-singles. Time to just... accept it :deadbanana2:

I'm sorry but I find this hard to believe, otherwise you would know that there are some very good Rih album tracks. And just because album tracks aren't as good as singles doesn't mean they're fillers. People are supposed to choose the best songs from an album to represent the album as singles too so again I'm sorry but I'm not buying your argument.

I would actually love to see this data you speak of. Because I know for a fact that a majority of acts with albums pre-streaming have album tracks with abysmal streams compared to the huge singles.

The fact that you're literally serious and think that album tracks were always popular is just incredible to me :deadbanana4:

Like I would like to see all these non-streaming era album tracks that are doing so well from the others. Pull them out.
